     Nowadays, people always think easy way how to health such as take a supplement. As we know pill and supplement have many chemicals can be impact on future. They are having simplest way to be healthy that is exercise. We did not should exercise about to two hour per times. Just 30 minutes to 20 minutes per times enough. 

     Benefits exercise is produce the revitalizes the body and intellectual brain. In a same time, exercise can throw out the sweat. Another can save money from buy pill not register by ministry of health. The exercise can make some stamina and can release a stress. Sometimes, exercise can make friendship with stranger people. 

     Other than exercise, we should follow food pyramid to eat something because it can make our health stabilities. Besides that, we should eat a lot of fruit and vegetable. Fruit and vegetable have more vitamin than pills and other supplement that you think good.

     In conclusion, take pills or supplement not the best way to get healthy health. There many way to get a healthy health which not need to waste much money to buy. Just take 30 minutes to 20 minutes per day or eat fruit and  vegetables , you can get healthy health.
