Persuasive Writting 

   Many people skip their breakfast especially students. They may think it is not necessary to take breakfast in the morning every day. I am writing this to give the importance of having breakfast before doing any work.
     The first reasons is, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Breakfast provides you with the energy and nutrients and helps to prevent that mid-morning slump. If you not take breakfast before work or school, you will look like a sick person because you do not have energy to do something.
     Another reasons for eating breakfast is breakfast can also helps you maintaining a healthy body weight. That does not mean you should just eat breakfast and skip lunch and dinner. How is having a breakfast can maintaining a healthy body weight? You can start your day with an apple or bread. That is some healthy choices of taking a breakfast.
     For students, taking breakfast can make students score a better grades in exam. Research shows students who eat breakfast perform better academically. Scientists believe it may be because breakfast supplies essential nutrients to the nervous system to rev up brain power. So student must take breakfast before going to school.
